Breakdown is a game about managing the symptoms of mental health issues. When life is distressing, and you have too many feelings to manage, sometimes the best thing you can do is accept help from people who care about you.

In this high-tension card game, we simulate these feelings with the goal of fostering empathy for others experiencing anxiety and depression.
